Having a strong sense of commitment in discharging our duties in adherence to ethical principles of honesty, passion and resourcefulness. we do the right things even when no one is looking. This includes treating all beneficiaries, stakeholders and employees with dignity and worth. Our members ensure that personal information for our beneficiaries is not disclosed to a third party, without their consent, and we protect them from potential harm or prejudice.
Accountability
Embracing organizational credibility, transparency and trustworthiness. Our members take ownership of their actions, behaviors’, performance and decisions to increase their commitment to work. Moya takes responsibility to increase trust with our stakeholders that all funds allocated will be used in the best interest of achieving our goals. We take pride in providing complete visibility of our successes and sometimes our failures as we grow and scale to greater heights.
